SOUL MATTERS
In this month when our spiritual theme is the practice of invitation, consider this your invitation to probe our monthly spiritual themes in more depth; connect with long-time and new TUUCers; and practice personal well-being.

WRITING AS A SPIRITUAL PRACTICE
All are welcome to these standalone virtual sessions. We check in; light a chalice; listen to a brief reading; and then choose one of several prompts. After writing together for 15 minutes in silence, we are invited to share what we have written. Through this practice we become more present to our own lives and get to know the lives of others at a deeper level.

OUR MESSY LIVES
OUR MESSY LIVES is a discussion group that meets monthly from 3:00-4:00 PM on every third Thursday afternoon. At the end of each session, the group chooses a word or concept to explore next month to share our thoughts, ideas, and perceptions about various topics, such as Relaxation, Resistance, Negotiation, Presence, Boundaries, Minimalism, Self-esteem, Assertiveness, Gratitude, and Humor.

SOCRATES CAFE
SOCRATES CAFÉ is a group of seekers of truth that meets virtually every third Monday, from 7:30-9:00 pm. We welcome one and all who love to ask questions, as did Socrates, and who view philosophy as spiritual, as a way of living, as something that all of us can do.

AGING TOGETHER
AGING TOGETHER meets to discuss issues, share resources (educational opportunities, professional articles in the aging field, health care alerts, helpful adaptive aids to make life easier as we age, etc.), and share personal experiences and philosophy related to the aging process. Meetings are held virtually.
