How is my weekly offering different than my annual pledge?
The weekly offering goes to support our operating budget and to support our community partners who feed people who are hungry; who house men recovering from addictions; who tutor male teens in Baltimore City; and who work for justice through legislation in Annapolis.
A pledge (intention) to give x amount of dollars weekly, monthly, or annually enables our Board to create the annual operating budget for TUUC. Our pledges help us to plan for the coming fiscal year that runs July 1 through June 30th. The estimated amount of our weekly offering is part of our annual budget.
